Researcher, mum, writer and Wellbeing Coach
I’m passionate about empowering individuals with ADHD and chronic illness to thrive and live fulfilling lives. As a life coach specialising in ADHD and chronic illness, I bring a unique blend of education, lived experience, and professional expertise to help my clients navigate their challenges and embrace their strengths.

With a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology, I have a deep understanding of the psychological principles and evidence-based strategies that enhance well-being and resilience. As a certified Resilience Coach, I equip my clients with the tools to manage setbacks, develop a strong mindset, and build a life that works for them—not against them.

Beyond my coaching credentials, I am currently pursuing a PhD in Mental Health, focusing on gender bias in ADHD diagnosis. My research, combined with my personal experiences, allows me to challenge outdated narratives and advocate for more inclusive and informed approaches to neurodivergence and chronic health conditions.

Living with ADHD and a chronic illness myself, I understand the complexities of managing energy levels, emotional regulation, and day-to-day demands. This first-hand insight enables me to offer not just professional guidance but deep empathy and practical, tailored strategies that acknowledge the realities of neurodivergent and chronically ill life.
I believe that ADHD and chronic illness do not define limitations—they reveal unique strengths. Let’s work together to harness your potential, create sustainable strategies, and build a life where you can thrive on your own terms.
